 Weekly live classes available through zoom.   Recordings will be added to the membership in Patreon. 

​

Bookings for Saturday morning classes close Friday 4pm.   An email with all class information including a music playlist will be sent by 5pm the day before the class.

If unable to make it live a recording will be available for 7 days.
